2006 Price Increase Announcement

Dear Valued York Dealer:

York has recently announced a price increase for the following product categories effective March 15th. In order to provide you, our customer, sufficient time to implement these changes, we will delay this increase until May 1st:

-Residential 2-6%
-Commercial 3%
-Coils 10%

Over the last 8 months, York continues to experience an escalation in copper and fuel/freight costs. As a result, these increases have resulted in this price announcement. This increase is competitive with what our competitors have implemented in the market.

Your local branch or territory manager will be distributing new residential price sheets within the next few weeks. We thank you in advance for your continued support! We will present more specific details as they become available.
