Jack has been in the HVAC industry for over 35 years, working in service, sales and training. He came to Virginia Air in July of
2006 from York International where he had been working since 1990. His last position with York was Manager of Training.
He’s an active member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, where he is a frequent speaker and contributor to the RSES
journal. Jack has developed and conducted HVAC industry related training seminars all over the world. He currently sits on an
ACCA committee to review and rewrite Manual N and also sits on the NATE technical review committee.

Brian has been a part of the HVAC industry for 30 years having worked in distribution, service, installation and contracting. A
business owner for 10 years his company focused on residential and light commercial application, controls and service.
Most recently Brian worked for York International in their engineered systems division as a Commercial Service Supervisor, directing
the daily activities of service technicians. He provides technical support and training for West Virginia and the Roanoke Virginia
territory.

A Richmond area native, Alan has over 24 years of HVAC industry experience. Starting with a manufacturer as a delivery driver, he
worked his way up through the ranks to the parts counter, shop repair, and technical service manager. He last position was as manager
of a parts supply store in North Carolina. He also has a background in contracting as owner/operator of an HVAC installation and
service company catering to residential light commercial customers.
He enjoys the distribution side of the HVAC business and in particular the chance to help contractors improve the skills of their
technicians. He provides technical support and training for the Richmond and Fredericksburg territories.

After serving 9 years in the United States Marine Corps, Bradd began working in the HVAC industry, using his maintenance
management experience developed in the Marine Corps as his launching point. His first position was an installer and was
quickly recognized for his skills as a troubleshooter. He worked 8 years as a service technician and service manager for
a residential, light commercial contractor specializing in York UPG products. Bradd recently completed the two day
Millennium training seminar required to perform factory authorized start ups. He lives in West Virginia with his wife
and youngest son and is very excited about the opportunity to work with a company that believes so strongly in providing
the HVAC’s highest standard of customer service.
He will provide technical support and training for the Pittsburgh, PA and Cleveland, OH territories.

Don has spent 28 years in the HVAC industry working in residential, light commercial, and commercial service. Starting in 1980 as a service technician, he worked his way up to service manager where his responsibilities included scheduling and supervising the repair and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems. Don also worked as an operations manager, where he oversaw the day to day operations of a family owned HVAC company.
Most recently Don partnered with a colleague specializing in residential/light commercial service and replacement. Don specializes in control wiring and feels his troubleshooting will be an asset to our customer base. Don is very excited to join Virginia Air and looks forward to providing technical assistance to our customers.
Bruce Persinger - Technical Service Manager - Charlotte, NC

Bruce has worked in the HVAC industry for over 30 years, with his first job as a duct system installer for a residential light commercial contractor. He then moved into the wholesale distribution side of the industry where he held various positions including warehouse/parts manager, residential/commercial sales, dealer development and training. Bruce has an extensive background in applications, having trained many contractors over the years on how to use computer software to perform load calculations and duct design.
Most recently Bruce owned and operated a successful HVAC contracting business in West Virginia and is looking forward to serving our North Carolina customers.
